Install in three steps

Open the downloaded Dunbar.dmg.

Drag Dunbar into your Applications folder.

Open Dunbar from Applications and start importing.
What it does
The Mac app reads your Apple Messages history locally, ranks the friends
you message most, and hands the result to your iPhone over your Wi-Fi —
frequency and last-contacted only, never the message text.
Prefer the command line? The
npx dunbar-app helper does the
same thing from Terminal.
